Mr. Gulino's 30+ years of experience in real estate development includes property acquisition, development entitlements, project design, project budgeting and construction management.  Mr. Gulino is a licensed engineer in multiple states, real estate broker and licensed contractor.  His experience includes service in the private sector and public sector where he was the Chairman of the Scottsdale Planning Commission for 4 years and as well as a member of the Scottsdale Development Review Board and a member of a State Trust Land Advisory Board.

Private Golf Club featuring 18-hole championship golf course and luxury clubhouse valued at approximately $35 million. Development of this exclusive facility included construction of extensive offsite utilities (5 miles of reclaimed water irrigation supply pipeline, 1 mile of domestic water transmission and underground electrical feed) and extensive coordination with the government authorities for expediated approvals.

300-acre Master Planned Community offering entry level and multi-family housing and recreational amenities in Eloy, Arizona.

Jomax - HHL 

13 Estate sized lots set amongst an abundance of spectacular boulder outcroppings on 40 acres.  These significant topographical challenges and sensitivity to natural desert character were addressed through the implementation of innovative site planning and close coordination with environmental planners to provide a unique and economically viable project.

Sonoran Sky

Single family subdivision on 40 acres perched on the northern slopes of the McDowell Mountains with wide vistas of the Sonoran Desert. The meticulous planning of these 13 Estate sized lots in Scottsdale, Arizona ensured maximum values by making the most of these views. Values were further enhanced by exercising great sensitivity to the natural desert character of the land.

400-acre master planned community featuring a Tom Weiskopf designed gold course with private clubhouse.  This Prescott, Arizona community features a variety of custom home sites and builder provided single-family detached and multi-family housing products.  Development required the construction of a 500,000 GPD onsite wastewater treatment plant.
